Each session is provided on an individual basis (unless otherwise specified by the client) and may involve a combination of aromatherapy, healing techniques such as deep relaxation, meditation, mudras, yoga nidra, visualizations, affirmations and other somatic practices. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the client, facilitating greater physical, emotional and spiritual well-being

How Long Are the Sessions?
Sessions last anywhere from 60-90 minutes.
 
Do I Need to Have Previous Experience?
No, come exactly as you are. Together we will create a program that meets your needs!

What Do I Wear? What Do I Bring?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a picture of something/someone that provides you with strength, comfort and faith.
